During the maintenance of casting molds for pressure parts such as pressure plate, upper force plate, discharge plate and pneumatic ejector, check the relationship between various parts and whether there is any damage, repair the damaged parts, check whether there is leakage of the cylinder cap and take measures according to the specific situation. If the trachea is damaged, replace it. Several important parts of the casting mold should be checked: the ejection and guiding parts are used to determine the opening and closing movement of the mold and the ejection of the plastic parts. If any part of the mold gets stuck due to damage, it will stop production. Therefore, the stripper should be maintained frequently. The parameters of the punch mainly include the size of the working part, the size of the installation part, the length dimension, etc.

2. Fastening parts. Inspect for loose or damaged fasteners. The method used is to replace parts of the same specification.

The mold user company needs to record it in detail, count its use, maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, rust prevention) and damage, and provide discovery and resolution information based on which parts are damaged and worn. As well as the molding process parameters of the casting mold and the materials used in the product, it can shorten the trial operation time of the mold and increase the production speed.

5. The elastic parts such as the spring of the casting mold are easily damaged during use, and usually break and deform. The approach is to change. When replacing the casting mold, pay attention to the specifications and models of the spring. The specifications of the spring are determined by the color, outer diameter, and length. Only the three items can be changed.
