Gravity casting offers excellent dimensional stability, producing dense, tough castings with controllable machining allowances. It withstands high temperatures and pressure, making it ideal for thick-walled components in the machinery, hardware, and new‑energy sectors. Molds, part geometries, and material specifications can all be custom‑designed; we also support mold development based on customer‑provided drawings or samples. Process parameters can be tailored to meet specific application requirements, and non‑standard, irregularly shaped parts as well as castings in special dimensions are available on demand.

Low-pressure casting refers to a process in which the mold is positioned above a sealed crucible, and compressed air is introduced into the crucible to create a low pressure on the surface of the molten metal. This pressure causes the molten metal to rise from the crucible, filling the sprue and the mold, while simultaneously controlling the solidification process.
Low-pressure casting is an early form of counter‑gravity casting that was first introduced for industrial production in the 1940s. Today, low-pressure castings are primarily used to manufacture aluminum and magnesium alloy components, such as automotive wheels, engine blocks, cylinder heads, pistons, impellers, guide vanes, and other complex‑shaped castings in the automotive industry.
